I am a qualified Chef and now work as a registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a Diploma in Nutrition and I have been Vegan for 8 years. I am often asked for recipes that are straightforward, that the whole family can eat but doesn't have lots of ingredients, weird ingredients, or take hours to prepare, and then of course I get asked....where do you get your protein from? That old nugget.
Well between me and you everyone eats too much protein but I will go into that another day.
